Hey gang - The workouts are going great: Monday the Black group did an awesome job - You were all doing the two wet shots correctly (bet better than the Red group).... wraps were good too. We are going to continue to work on 1 on 1 drives. Remember you bear into your man, don't swim away from them.
I know the leg workout is pretty hard but without legs you can't shoot, pass, play any defense!!! So work the legs!! When you are doing legs or the swims - make sure you guys are working out as a team - help and encourage your mates!!!
This Sat there is no Club workout - so when you walk in and don't see anyone don't panic!!! Workout begins at 2:30 pm for Masters and a few of the older kids.

Thanks Sandy for seperating us in to groups. I am truly enjoying workout more and learning needed skills to help my waterpolo game. The water shots you had us do on Mon was great. Never knew how to do that before.
I agree, the workouts are both more educational and intense under the new practice format. I think the biggest improvement for the Red group is that, through your controlled scrimmage format, we are beginning to play more as a team. Constructive criticism at any particular player at any given time results in educating/reminding the entire team of what not to do. All of this is what I feel is necessary to compete at the next level. Jamie
It is great the Red team is getting what it voted for...however doing drills for an hour is really not as much fun as it looks. Because so many blacks quit, we will never be able to have a real practice.
I think it is great for the black team regardless of voteing choice. I am getting needed skills for myself, to eventually move up to the red group. That is if Sandy see's my hard work. I believe it was short sided for people to quit and selfish on their part by putting them selfves above the team. Lets not forget why we pay Sandy our monthly dues. She makes the decision popular or not to help enhance this program.
