We have set up something very special for Team Vegas/Henderson!!! Jan 8th Saturday we have two trainers from United States Water Polo coming to teach/work/inform players, parents and masters on how to improve your game from outside of the water. Karen and Erika are the trainers who work with our National Team Players. Their job is to get the USA National Players stronger, keep them injury free and help them get better with any existing injuries.
Date: January 8th - Saturday
Time: Age group and parents 10 am to 12 noon
Masters and older club players 1-3 pm
Location: MGP Meeting Room (upstairs)
Everyone will need a Band - See Sandy cost $10 and everyone please purchase a Swiss Ball - for your height/weight. Bring this along with a note book to the class.
What great opportunity... this is a very an important part of your athletic career and to have such highly respected trainers come and work with our team wow!! A Great Honor!!! I expect 100% attendance and if possible at least one parent to watch and understand so you are able to help your child. We do not have our own gym or location where we can do all this so it is important someone supervisor the younger players.
BEFORE THE DRY LAND CLINIC WE WILL BE HOLDING A MEETING WITH THE PARENTS - 9 AM SAME LOCATION.
