Holiday Workouts and Workout Bands TUESDAY ONLY!

This week only NO Conditioning

Workout times for Tuesday 12/28/10.
6-7pm ALL GROUPS Dryland and Bands - Players need to bring $10 for workout bands.  These bands are for dryland and also help with preventing injury.  Bring large zip-lock bag to keep dry after use.

7-8pm Waves
7-8:15pm Rapids
7-9pm Surfs
