Evals for 12's & 14's

Here are just a few things I would like you to work on:

Steven: Legs!!! Get hips up after a block and get the ball. Passing long balls.
Jared: Speak and lead in the water.
Connor: Think how you are going to correct your mistakes and don't repeat them.
Skyler: Defense - how did the other team score!!!
Derek: Know when to play just defense and when to play both Offense and Defense.
Ashton: Defense - react before it happens. Hips up!!!
Santana: Intense - get into the game - aggressive!!

14's
Hunter: Get ball out quickly - talk to defense more, get mad when they are not playing good defense.
Gabby: swimming - stroke!!!
Eleanor: Cutting man off to the goal - when to reach for the ball while swimming.
Zach:don't panic and make a good pass - hand position before you shoot the ball.
Max: Mistake once - told what to do and don't do it again!!
Josh: Swimming Speed - learning what is offensive
Murphy: Defense - ask more questions at workout - and should know by game.
Mary: Outside shoots - off speed, lobs, side arms - around the head. Post up and able to take a foul at set.

12's - Think!!!! Everyone makes a mistake, but if you are told what your mistake was and how to correct it - DON'T LET IT HAPPEN AGAIN!!! Some of you are making the same mistakes for over a year!!! You have to Think!!! And "Just Do It" Your new saying is going to be "Just Did It"

14's - To take you to the next step you have to begin to either: 1. Doing extra swimming workouts (join a swim team but remember you don't miss workouts for swim meets). 2. Come to master workouts.
