Summer Workout Schedule

Beginning Monday June 7th

Monday & Wed -
Water Polo Conditioning Heritage 4-6 pm
Masters UNLV 7-9 pm

Tuesday & Thursday -
Waves at Whitney 6:30-8 pm 6:30-7 Chalk or Drylan
Rapids at MGP 6:30 - 8 pm
Surf's at Heritage 3-4 pm Dryland 4-6 Water

Friday -
Conditioning at Heritage 4-6 pm
Waves at MGP 6:30-8 pm
Rapids and Surf at Heritage 6-8 pm

Saturday -

All at MGP
Waves & Younger Rapids MGP 1-2
Older Rapids and Surf 2-3:15
Masters 3:15-4:30 3:15 be there or you will not be put on a team!!!

We will begin Private Swim lessons & Water Polo Lessons - see Sandy
