Just received this from a friend at NBCOlympics.com... the games will be streaming live online, for those of you with out cable, it may work to watch over the internet (if you don't mind 1am water polo)

China is 15 hours ahead of the west coast and 12 hours ahead of the east coast, so in some cases the west coast will be watching the game on the "day prior".
First game, Aug 11 vs. China at 5pm
Aug. 13 vs. Italy at 3:40pm
Aug. 15 vs. Russia at 2:20pm
If we win our bracket, the next time we will play will be Aug. 19 in the Semi Final. If we are second or third in our bracket we will play on Aug. 17 in the quarterfinal.
