Today, Monday Feb 8th we are beginning our Water Polo Conditioning Workouts. Open to player who know how to: swim circles, understand sent offs, can read the clock for send offs, to get your times for each swim and who can swim from 2,000 to 4,000 yards.
Workout Times at Heritage:
Monday - Wed - Friday Conditioning 4-6 pm
Tuesday - Thurs - Surf's only
After Conditioning workout I will take: Max, Brendan, Zach and Mark to Masters.
Tuesday and Thursday after our workout at Heritage surf's will go to Whitney to work on basic skills and shooting.
Sat Workouts at Heritage:
Waves: 1-2:15 pm
Rapids & Surf's 2:15-3:45 pm
Masters 3:45-5 pm
