This is just another friendly reminder for you all about the Awards Party taking place very soon! JUNE 20, 2009
I just wanted to ask you all to please respond to my email or call me to let know whether you are coming or not. If so, please respond as to what food item you will be bringing. Please see assignment list below.

Las Vegas, NV 89141

Time: 5:30pm- ?

Coach Tony will be providing burger patties and steaks for party.
Team members please bring assigned dishes listed below:

Master’s Men: Side dishes such as potato salad, pasta, rice etc.
Master’s Women: appetizers, sides such as rice, etc.

Club team:
10’s: chips with dip, cookie
12’s: desserts, like cakes, brownies,
14’s : appetizers, vegetable & fruit trays

EVERYONE PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN DRINKS.

Please bring your family members; it will be a fun filled evening!

One more thing: Don’t forget your swimsuits and towels!
