Next 2 week: 6 on 5

For both club and masters we are going to work on 6 on 5 Man up and 5 on 6 Man down. #1 you must be able to catch and pass!! Really work on getting your legs under you and pass with your legs and stomach - not just your arm. Take a look at this site - it will help you with the #ing and basic concepts of the part of the game.

This and the other videos are awesome. It was funny to see an American (Azevedo) marketing a Hungarian ball.
I remember seeing an old video that was recorded during the national team's practice. Guys were just throwing some heavy small balls to the wall in an old dusty weight-room. Med. balls were and still are very popular in Hungary.
